Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Standard 30 Day Return Policy
Your satisfaction is always the goal. Most unused items, in new condition, may be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase (in-person) or date of delivery (online orders). Please be sure to include any original packaging or accessories along with your return to avoid delays or the possibility of partial refunds.
To complete your return, we must be able to verify your original purchase - either through contacting us or by providing a receipt.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be offered, including any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts.
Custom Items, Last Chance, & As Is Return Policy
Some goods are exempt from being returned and are marked accordingly on their product description page. Non-returnable goods include gift cards, downloadable and digital goods, one-of-a-kind or made-to-order goods, engraved items, personalized items, and items marked as "last chance" or "as is." If you experience an issue with any of these items, please contact us and we will be happy to work toward a resolution to ensure your satisfaction.

Goods Damaged In Transit
If you receive an item that appears to have been damaged in transit, please take pictures of any product damage, and take pictures of the shipping container as well. These images are required to substantiate the damage claim, and facilitate our ability to provide you with a timely refund or replacement once the claim has been approved.

Please include your name and order number when submitting images related to a claim for products damaged in transit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 3-10 business days depending on your financial institution.
If you received a discount or promotion on your order, your refund amount will be reduced by the amount of the respective discount or promotion. For orders with a free item promotion, the cost of the free item will be divided and subtracted across the order and refund amounts will be adjusted down, accordingly - unless the free item is returned along with all other items that were part of the promotional discount. No refund shall exceed the original price paid for any order.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 days, be sure to double check your bank or financial account.
Next, contact your bank or credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted by your financial institution.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return, less shipping fees as applicable. Once the returned item is received and the condition is verified, a gift certificate will be mailed or emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, we can refund the recipient in the form of a merchandise credit, or the purchaser in the form of original payment.
Gifts are subject to the return policies listed above. Custom-made items may not be returnable if that is the policy listed for the original product description. Items that were sold as "Last Chance" or "As Is" are non-returnable under the Gifts Return Policy.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for any costs associated with return shipping, including any carrier fees or additional insurance. If you return your item via a prepaid label provided by WillCarterMedia, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you do not use a return label provided by WillCarterMedia, we recommend that you insure your shipment, and select a shipping method with tracking available. We cannot provide a refund, exchange, or credit for any returned goods that get lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.
